Fight for Selfridge

Representative Robinson is proud to deliver real results for Selfridge Air National Guard Base, a cornerstone of Macomb County’s identity for generations. By securing critical funding and bringing the F-35 mission to Selfridge, he’s restoring it to its former glory as one of the nation’s premier defense installations. Robinson also secured $26 million in the FY26 Budget to prepare for the mission. Once fallen on hard times, Selfridge is now entering a new era of military excellence and reclaiming its place as the Midwest’s premier hub for aerial superiority.

Let's Finally Fix the Roads

Ron has a real plan to fix Michigan’s roads, from the driveway to the highway, without raising taxes on working families. Ron's plan invested an additional $2 billion annually in both local roads and highways by cutting wasteful spending and ending corporate handouts. While most of Lansing is focused on political gimmicks, Ron focused on real results: safe streets, smooth commutes, and roads we can finally be proud to drive on.

Cleaning Up the Red Run River:

Representative Robinson is committed to tackling the long-standing problems of the Red Run River, from erosion and odor to repeated flooding that has burdened families across the district. He is working closely with EGLE and Macomb County Public Works to develop real solutions that protect neighborhoods, safeguard property, and improve water quality. By holding Oakland County accountable for its role and championing stronger protections, Robinson is working to ensure that residents finally see some positive results.

Under the FY26, Ron also secured funding for the construction of a new odor control facility to address persistent sanitary sewer odor along the 15 Mile Road and ITC corridors, while also helping preserve critical sewer infrastructure, finally providing relief for an issue that has been ongoing for decades.

Enough is Enough. Clean the River.

Pass Responsible Budgets

By prioritizing accountability and fiscal responsibility, he is eliminating waste while ensuring every dollar is spent wisely. A responsible budget isn’t just about cutting waste, it’s about protecting Michigan’s future. Robinson is making sure taxpayer dollars are directed to core priorities like schools, public safety, and infrastructure, so that Michigan is an attractive destination for families and businesses alike.
